Rice Crispy S’mores

Who doesn’t love sticky rice crispy treats and chocolatey graham cracker s’more? Well i’ve combined the two into a delicious dessert! The recipe is below and I hope to see some recreations for the holiday this week! πŸ™‚ Have a WONDERFUL 4TH OF JULY! **I’ll be camping this weekend so I won’t have any new recipes until after the 4th.

When a s'more meets a rice crispy treat!

Ingredients
  • 3 Tablespoon of butter
  • 4 cups of rice puffed cereal
  • 10oz of vegan marshmallows
  • 1/2 cups of chocolate chips (dairy free)
  • 3 tablespoons of nut milk
  • 4 crushed graham crackers
Directions
  • Step 1 Pour marshmallows and butter into a large pot
  • Step 2 cook on low until creates a marshmallow fluff
  • Step 3 Then add rice cereal
  • Step 4 stir together and pour onto a baking ban
  • Step 5 flatten out onto parchment paper
  • Step 6 It should fill out into a rectangle
  • Step 7 then cook down chocolate chips and milk to make the chocolate sauce
  • Step 8 pour that onto the rice and marshmallow mixture
  • Step 9 add the crushed graham crackers on top
  • Step 10 then start to roll into a cylinder shape
  • Step 11 After rolled up slice into circles and dip into more chocolate and sprinkle with more graham crackers
  • Step 12 ENJOY πŸ™‚
